In the mid 1990s Alexander Downer, Australia's recently retired Foreign Minister, was famously photographed wearing fishnet stockings and women's shoes - now he is heading to Cyprus to represent the United Nations as their Special Envoy. This work pays homage to Alexander... his past and future.
