Pinocchio is a found object sculpture using a stretcher arm as the vertical support for finials, doorknobs and a woman's shirt button. A 19th century furniture finish on contemporary builders products, a Bunnings Biedermeier, seeks to evoke nostalgia, a deception that queries the wider acceptance of Modernist principles.
