My work is based on the relationship between the built and natural environment. The subject material is sourced from visits to various locations and investigates these sites as portraits of space, devoid of human form, to invite the viewer to generate their own response to the work. Bridges investigates the positive and negative space, which produce the image of a tree, located in Jervis Bay, New South Wales.
