In this work called Excogitate, I am exploring what is unseen, often feared and at times perceived as ugly, that is the internal human physiology.
The work sets up a dynamic between manufactured and organic materials, stainless steel references engineering. I draw with the stainless steel rod in a sensual aesthetic manner with the purpose of heightening the viewer's awareness of their mortality and inter-connection with all living systems.
