Downpour is a study of rain falling over the spectacular Hong Kong landscape. My trip to my studio takes me past a sweeping vista of the outlying islands off the south west of Hong Kong Island.
It often rains and the rainclouds move around, over, and through the islands as though in an ongoing conversation. I believe the showy and glossy surface of the steel reflects the character of the city.
