I like nothing more than to mess up and break colonial style figurines, to illuminate the arrogance and absurdity they embody.
This particular work is an elaborate bird bath, its structure ready to fall at any moment through bad planning; it's a comedy of errors with a seasoning of madness. It reflects my feelings about Australian colonisation.
