With the rise of China as a new super power in The East, in a not too distant future will books be written and stories told of a mythical, once powerful, but now near forgotten, block of countries once known as The West? Powditch's work combines elements of sculpture, assemblage, painting and architecture and is heavily influenced by popular culture, science and politics.
