Movement Memory, our lyrical, imperfect, beautiful selves, pared back to the very bone of emotion and understanding. My work explores the balance and endurance necessary for the daily cycle that is our perception. Sinew, limbs and gestures are present in the work, so to me, these works are figurative - like the umbilical attaching us to our own histories.
