This ceramic piece invites you to step forward and look closely, is it a knitted vessel or is this really ceramic? I love the way clay can take on so many forms and stretch our imaginations. This vessel is slip dipped fibre, which has been knitted, formed and fired in a low slow kiln. A nod to the "slow craft" of knitting.
